At the refreshment points, cups will not be provided. Each participant must have his/her own cup to drink liquids provided. Water is provided ONLY for refilling bottles and hydrations packs.
Mandatory Material:
- Thermal Survival Blanket
- Whistle
- Water Bottle or hydration pack, minimum of 1liter
- Food (minimum 500 kcal)
- Hat or similar
- Elastic bandage
- Head Lantern with working batteries and extra batteries
- Windbreaker, raincoat or similar
- Rear red light
- Cup or recipient of 15 cl (besides water bottle or pack)
Recommended Material:
- Walking Poles (must carry during the entire race)
- Gloves, clothing for cold weather, hat, leggings (at least knee length): these items may become mandatory if weather reports announce storms or drop of temperatures.
- Money
- Change of clothing and socks
- Compass or GPS
- Pocket knife
- Sunscreen
- Vaseline or similar
- Extra Head lantern or other lantern
- Cell Phone with the battery charged
Bus Service for Repatriation:
For participants who decide to drop out of the race and need to return to the finish line, bus service will be provided at the following points:
- Canto Cochino
- Morcuera Pass
- El Paular (Rascafría)
- La Granja
- Navacerrada Pass
