The cost for registration is as follows:

Participants who have a federation license which covers them in events like the GTP, do not need to purchase the insurance provided by the Organization. However, it is mandatory that they show the license at the time they pick up their race number. Without the license, the participant cannot take part in the race. The license must be valid and must be recognized by the FEDME (Spanish Federation of Mountain Sports and Climbing) and cover mountain races.
WITHDRAWAL AND REIMBURSEMENT
If the participant decides NOT to race once they have registered, they may request reimbursement within the following deadlines:
- From the date of registration to April 30, 2012: 80% of the total amount of the registration will be reimbursed.
- From May 1 to June 10, 2012: 50 % of the total amount of registration will be reimbursed.
If one of the members of a team withdraws and the other member would like to participate as an individual, the difference between the team registration and the individual registration will be calculated using the date of registration. Then, the penalty for withdrawal, as explained above will be applied according to the date of withdrawal.
All withdrawals must be requested in writing to infogtp@penalara.org indicating name and bank information. The Organization will make the reimbursement to the bank account provided. All requests will be considered after the race has concluded.
Under no circumstances can a registered participant give their race number to someone else.
